Abstract

Objective. To investigate the diagnostic value of multiple tumor markers combined detection in the gastrointestinal tumors. Methods . Thirty patients with gastrointestinal tumors were divided into six grades, and 30 patients with non-gastrointestinal tumors were collected, statistical methods were used to analyze the expression level of tumor markers and the relationship and correlation with clinical curative effect of disease classification, and the discriminant equation of recurrence and metastasis of tumors was used to determine the disease progression. Results. The serum expression levels of carcinoembryonic antigen, alpha fetoprotein, cancer antigen 19-9, cancer antigen 72-4 and cancer antigen 242 of patients with gastrointestinal tumors were significantly higher than that of the healthy controls ( P < 0. 05) ; the correlation of clinical curative effect analysis were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). According to the discriminant equation, the transfer of all the tumor markers in patients with gastrointestinal tumors diagnosis had the significant difference for the healthy control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion . Multiple tumor markers combined detection has the correlation with clinical curative effect of gastrointestinal tumors, and has the diagnostic value in the recurrence and metastasis gastrointestinal tumors.
