Abstract

The article proposes the creation of a single marketing and logistics center for coordinating the interaction of road, rail and air transport, the main carriers of passengers on the basis of the implementation of a «single ticket». It has also been proved that combining the functions of technological development and the creation of a single information space will provide a systemic effect. These centers will be able to accept transport services for mixed transportation of passengers, including tourists. Tactical and strategic management in all respects should be based on scientifically grounded methodology of system analysis to solve emerging problems. The purpose of their creation — identification of the possibility of integrated use of marketing and logistics for solving economic problems of the efficiency of passenger transport operations. Studying the experience of the most developed European marketing and logistics centers, it is possible to note that there is observed the high role of the state in planning, investing and controlling the activities of marketing and logistics centers in Europe. At the same time, the most effective ones are those of which assistance to the state is greatest. It is confirmed that the realization of this task will be carried out by means of an early substantiation of the corresponding calculations of logistic technological schemes of transfer of passengers at a node from one mode of transport to another. Moreover, these centers will be able to accept transport services for mixed transportation of passengers, including tourists. Tactical and strategic management in all respects should be based on scientifically grounded methodology of system analysis to solve emerging problems. The decision of this task, as well as other, related to the operational management of transport processes of passenger transportation, in the absence of complete certainty and risk, should be carried out using the methods of using the so-called priority coefficients of priority service passengers.
