Abstract

The article focuses on interregional ties in the field of science and education, diplomacy and business, in particular between Turkey and Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and others. Examples of the implementation of Turkey's "soft power" policy in different countries are analyzed. In addition to the countries of the Eurasian space, Turkey seeks to increase its influence in other regions of the world, including Asia and Latin America, including Vietnam and Brazil. It was found that Turkey positions itself as a future center for attracting foreign students by providing quality competitive and innovative education and not only encourages students to study in the country, but also opens branches and launches educational programs abroad.
Priority areas of cooperation between Turkey and Ukraine in this area include the preparation of joint concept papers, support for joint research institutes, such as the Ukrainian-Turkish Committee for Cooperation in Science and Technology and the Coordinating Committee of the International High Technology Laboratory. Agreements were signed to improve the investment climate between the countries, diversify the economy and develop entrepreneurship.
