Abstract
Resume Nous avons mis au point un test d’agglutination au latex utilisant un anticorps monoclonal pour la detection rapide des rotavirus dans les selles. L’anticorps monoclonal utilise a ete selectionne pour sa grande affinite et sa structure physico-chimique particuliere apres avoir ete couple aux billes du latex. Les qualites de cet anticorps conferent a ce test d’agglutination de nombreux avantages sur les tests d’agglutination utilisant des immunserums classiques: (1) tres grande sensibilite, (2) une agglutination plus intense et apparaissant plus rapidement et (3) une absence d’agglutination non specifique.
