Abstract
A study was made of the spectroscopic distribution of scattered light intensity. It was shown that coefficients of forward diffusion of macromolecules can be determined from the widening of the Rayleigh line of scattering. There is a satisfactory agreement between coefficients determined by the scattered light method and using a polarization diffusometer.
