Abstract

In China, English teaching has always been focused on improving students’ English application ability and giving consideration to cultivating students’ intercultural communication ability. Based on the unique characteristics of the three English skills reading, speaking and writing, this paper designs the corresponding class activities with “careers” as the theme, in an effort to improve students’ learning enthusiasm. Through the learning of these skills lessons, students can further improve their cultural confidence and cross-cultural communication skills.
