Intercultural Communication-oriented Teaching Mode of English Based on “Internet +”

Abstract

The reform of technology promotes the information construction of colleges and universities, and it is a golden opportunity for college English teaching to do a good job in the reform of college English teaching mode by grasping the characteristics of the Internet + era. In the discussion of the mode change of English teaching in colleges and universities, it gradually clarifies the teaching orientation of intercultural communication, pays attention to the cultivation of students’ intercultural communication ability, and inculcates the idea of intercultural education in English teaching, bringing about the overall improvement of students’ English comprehensive quality. This work first discussed the new English intercultural communication-oriented teaching mode under the background of Internet +, then clarified the effective strategies of English teaching from the perspective of intercultural communication, and finally attempted to improve the effectiveness of English teaching and bring about the cultivation and output of high-quality English talents.
