Bern Burgerbibliothek, Codex 120 II (B), is one of the three works attributed to Petrus de Ebulo and can be dated to 1194 -1197. It tells in elegiac couplets the conquest of the Kingdom of Sicily by the Emperor Henry VI of Hohenstaufen. The ms. is illuminated: unlike the other mss. of that time, where miniatures are used to decorate the text, here they help understanding, supporting the narration and sometimes completing its gaps. Tei-xml coded edition that makes use of EVT - Edition Visualization Technology. The work is carried out in the context of the PRIN 2015 A.L.I.M. (Archivio digitale della Latinita Italiana del Medioevo) by the Research Unit of the University of Basilicata, under the direction of prof. Fulvio Delle Donne.
