Abstract
The state policy of modern Russia clearly formulated in the framework of «Strategy of innovative development of the Russian Federation until 2020», one of the priorities determines the development of human resources in science, education, technologies and innovations. Pursuant to the requirements of modern business, the system of higher professional education aimed at training of competitive graduates, the distinguishing quality of which is not only a high level of knowledge and skills, but also the development/implementation of innovations in professional activity.
