Abstract

Cultural contacts between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have centuries-old traditions, contribute to understanding between peoples and enrich world culture. Festivals, days of culture are constantly held, national holidays are celebrated. The Azerbaijani diaspora contributes to the strengthening of friendship between the peoples of the two states. Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are by definition fraternal States. We are United by common Turkic roots, common culture, and common spiritual heritage. That is why we strive to strengthen partnership and mutually beneficial relations for the benefit of our peoples and countries. Over the years, the two republics have not only maintained their friendship, but also managed to strengthen Kazakh-Azerbaijani relations to the level of strategic partnership. Heydar Aliyev and Nursultan Nazarbayev played an important role in this process. Relations between our countries are based on the similarity of language and culture, unity of religions, historical roots and geographical proximity. Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan share a common history and strategy of mutually beneficial partnership in the future. intensive cooperation between ministries and departments, mass media and civil society institutions of the two countries contributes to the deepening and expansion of the partnership. The object and subjects of international relations include cultural, scientific and other relations; spiritual, moral, legal, socio-cultural and other norms that form the basis of these relations.
