Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the diagnostic apparatus for the formation of the future TV journalist's readiness for project activities. The studied readiness is considered as an important factor in the implementation of the labor functions of a television journalist provided for by the professional standard «Specialist in the production of broadcasting media products». In the conducted research, readiness for project activity as a functional type of professional activity for the development, implementation and management of project development is considered as a subjective state of his personality, meaning the desire and ability to use the project method, based on the knowledge, skills, skills and qualities formed in the process of professional training, which are significant for the project activity of a television journalist and allow him to create and distribute media products in order to effectively influence the processes taking place in society. The main research methods were: analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical literature devoted to the problem of formation of readiness of creative workers, empirical methods — observation, questionnaires. The article highlights a set of criteria corresponding to the structural components of the studied type of readiness of a future TV journalist: motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive; the characteristic features of each of them are described. The author also defines the indicators characterizing the components of the future TV journalist's readiness for project activities. When considering the levels of formation of this type of readiness, three levels are identified and characterized: low, medium, high; a generalized characteristic of a set of methods for diagnosing the level of formation of each of the criteria aimed at identifying the levels of readiness of future TV journalists for project activities for each component is presented.
