Abstract

Goal. Identification and substantive analysis of the peculiarities of human capital modification of modern business entities. Method. In the process of research general scientific methods of research, abstraction and concretization are used; system analysis. Results. The peculiarities of the formation and orientation of the human capital of the corporation in the conditions of transformation of the technological basis and modification of the content and character of work are revealed. The connection between creative modification of human capital and changes in work motivation in a creative corporation has been revealed. Scientific novelty. The lack of rigid dependence of creative employees who have the means of production in their personal ownership for the production of a certain information product on the company and vice versa, the growing importance of such workers for its market position. Practical significance. Theoretical generalizations of the categories "socio-economic potential" and "human capital" of the enterprise as a basis for further research of changes in the nature and content of work of creative workers in the post-industrial economic space.
