Abstract
目的 比较咪唑斯汀与地洛他啶治疗慢性荨麻疹的成本-效果.方法 将78例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别予咪唑斯汀、地洛他啶治疗14 d,观察疗效并进行成本-效果分析.结果 咪唑斯汀和地洛他啶治疗慢性荨麻疹的总有效率分别为89.7%、84.6%(P＞0.05).成本-效果比分别为0.61、0.45.结论 地洛他啶治疗慢性荨麻疹相对于咪唑斯汀具有药物经济学优势。
