Abstract

The Atlantic species Laona condensa (Van der Linden, 1995) is recorded based on one very fresh empty shell trawled between Capraia Island and Capo Corso (northern Tyrrhenian Sea) at 600 m. This is the second Mediterranean record, confirming its presence in the basin.
