Abstract

With the development and application of frequency conversion technology,the types of frequency conversion equipment are becoming more and morediverse, and the corresponding energy efficiency testing and evaluation meth-ods are different, which leads to inconsistencies in the selection of equipmentand the operation analysis and evaluation of the frequency conversion system.It is urgent to find an effective solution. By analyzing the problems of thecurrent energy-saving test and evaluation methods of the frequency con-version system, the energy-saving evaluation index system and calculationmethod based on the total harmonic components are proposed. Establish aharmonic evaluation index system covering 9 indicators. On this basis, 6 coreharmonic indicators are selected, and the comprehensive harmonic influencecoefficient and weight matrix are introduced to establish a comprehensive evaluation method for energy-saving effects based on harmonic total com-ponents and weighted matrix model. On this basis, 15 different workingconditions of the energy-saving test and analysis evaluation experiments forof frequency conversion system have been carried out. The results show thatthe total harmonic components analysis method proposed in this paper canreflect the energy efficiency level of the frequency conversion system andits equipments more realistically on the premise of meeting the analysis andactual operation requirements on site. At the same time, the established com-prehensive evaluation method of energy saving effect can comprehensivelyand reasonably analyze the impact of harmonics on the performance of thefrequency conversion system. In addition, it provides theoretical guidance forreasonably determining the optimal operating conditions of the system andequipment, and taking corresponding harmonic prevention measures to effec-tively improve the quality of power transmission and the actual energy-savingeffects of frequency conversion technology.
