Abstract
In the article conceptual basis of forming competitive management system in the frames of developing process of managerial activity`s professionalization is considered. Background and risks of these processes’ development in Ukraine are viewed. Main approaches to the establishment of management professional system as a precondition for socio-economic state sovereignty are defined. Necessity of further scientific research of professional management is argued for increasing the efficiency of socio-economic development. It is highlighted that achieving the effectiveness of cooperation between management science, analytics and practice, and also management specialization is necessary. Role of managerial maintenance of socio-economic society’s transformation is determined. Issues of establishment of managerial elite and its influence on the society’s innovative development are viewed. Role of professional management in the development of science, education and innovation practice is shown. This study presents evidence of positive role of capitalization of intellectual human resources. The article highlights the role of the system of professional managerial education and its influence on the development of innovative and creative society.
