Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safey of Combination therapy of 308 nm excimer laser and 20% urea ointment in the treatment of ehornie eczema.Methods A randomized self-contraled study was performed in 86 patients with chronic eczema,we chose one side reciveng the treatment of 308 nm excimer laser and 20% urea ointment,and the other side only 20% urea ointment monotherapy in each patient.Results The total effective rate was 88.4% in the test group,and 54.7% in the control group.There was siginficant difference(P＜0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion The 308 nm excimer laser is safe and effective in the treatment of chornic eczema.
