Post Campus in New York. His research interests include institutional environment for global ICT and e-business adoption and diffusion, IS research methodology, information privacy, U.S.-China IT policies, international trade of ICT products, e-government, IT outsourcing, and cross-culture social networking. He has published research articles in SSCI-listed journals such as the Journal of Global Information Management (JGIM), Electronic Commerce Research and Applications (ECRA), Journal of Electronic Commerce Research (JECR), and several others. Dr. Zhu received academic trainings in both law and MIS at the University of Arizona and was awarded fellowship and scholarship from the U.S. National Academies and National Science Foundation to study U.S.-China IT policies. He is currently serving on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Global Information Technology Management (JGITM), Journal of IT Case and Application Research (JITCAR), International Journal of Information Systems in Service Sector (IJISSS), and International Journal of Information & Decision Sciences (IJIDS).
