Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate in treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 70 patients with carotid atherosclerosis in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012,according to a random number table extraction method,were divided into 2 groups,35 cases in each group.The observation group used levamlodipine treatment,control group used Benner Pury hydrochloride treatment,observation and comparison were carried out in two groups.Results In observation group,carotid inside IMT,carotid artery IMT after treatment compared with those before treatment were significantly different (P＜0.05),while in the control group,before and after treatment,the IMT and the neck total arterial IMT control had no significant difference (P＞0.05),after treatment,statistical significant difference was shown between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate has good clinical efficacy in treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.
