Abstract
目的 分析老年人心力衰竭的临床特点.方法选择入住我院的老年心力衰竭患者(NYHA心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级)80例进行回顾性分析.结果老年人心力衰竭常有多种原发病并存,呼吸系统感染为最常见诱因.本组患者住院期间死亡18例,病死率22.5%,死亡与心衰本身有直接关系10例,多器官衰竭6例,代谢紊乱2例.结论老年人心力衰竭患者原发病常多种并存,治疗矛盾多,用药须慎重。
