Abstract
目的 评价平阳霉素(PYM)+丝裂霉素超乳化碘油乳剂(PMLE)介入栓塞对原发性大肝癌的临床疗效.方法对34例原发性大肝癌肝动脉注入PMLE,以前期56例原发性大肝癌以丝裂霉素超乳化碘油乳剂(MLE)作对照,比较两组栓塞后肿瘤体积变化.结果栓塞后1～3个月两组肿瘤体积均明显缩小,PMLE组显著于MLE组(P＜0.05).结论平阳霉素介入治疗原发性大肝癌有显著疗效。
