Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril combined with spironolactone on patients with chronic heart failure and the influence on the serum K+,serum Ca2+,ejection fraction(%),stroke volume(ml) function of the patients before and after treatment. Methods Eighty-two cases of chronic heart failure from January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital were chose, all patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (42 cases). The patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy, and the patients in observation group were treated with intravenous infusion of enalapril combined with spironolactone, and the clinical effect and symptom relief time was observed, and the hemorheology and platelet aggregation function changes of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the control group, the significant efficiency and the total effective rate was 50% and 72.5%.In the observation group, the significant efficiency and the total effective rate was 66.67% and 90.47%.The clinical curative effect of observation group was superior to that of the control group (P < 0.05).The heart rate slowing down time, cyanosis remission time and the swelling disappering time was significantly shorter in the observation group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, the levels of SaO2,PaO2,PaO2/FiO2 were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Enalapril combined with spironoiactone can improve hemorheology and platelet aggregation function in patients with chronic heart failure, and it can play a better therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
