Clinical efficacy of respiratory function exercise plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COPD and experiences of nursing

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of respiratory function exercise plus traditional Chinese medicine treat -ment of COPD and experiences of nursing .Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , and each group was 40 cases.The control group underwent conventional nebulizer treatment , and the observation group underwent plus exercise group underwent respiratory syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment .The clinical efficacy , bllod gas changes , and changes of the lung function , quality of life before and after treatment were compared between two groups .Results （1） The totally effective rate was 67.50%of the control group, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group （87.50%）, and there were statistical differences between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .（ 2 ） There were statistical differences of the blood gas indexes （ including PaO2 and PaCO2） and lung function （FEV1 and FEV1/FVC） before and after treatment of the two groups （P〈0.05）, and the observation group after treatment blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were significantly better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .（3） According to the standard of SF -36, there were no statistical differences of the SF -36 scores in the control group before and after treatment （ P〉0.05 ） , but there were statistical differences in the observation group （ P〈0.05 ） , and the observation group SF -36 scores were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Clinical efficacy of respiratory function exercise plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COPD can be improved significantly , and it can effectively improve the life quality of patients and it is worthy of clinical application .
