Abstract

Objectives To explore the effects of Chinese medicine integrated care treatment for tubal functional recovery after tubal pregnancy conservative surgery. Methods 57 cases of tubal pregnancy who had conservative surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases for the observation group, and 29 cases as control group, conventional anti-inflammatory hemostasis therapy were used in both groups, besides this, traditional Chinese medicine plus comprehensive treatment and care in many ways were added in observation group. That is, from the day with operation, given Danshen injection intravenous drip, the next day with ammopiptanthus enema fluid retention enema, on the first clean period day after the menses Danshen hydrotubation injection was given. Results After experiment, there were 20 cases found to have good tubal function (71.4%) in observation group with 28 cases. While only 13 cases found to have good tubal function (44.8%) in 29 cases of control group. The efficacy of the observation group was significantly more superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment and care interventions can improve tubal function, providing an effective curative and nursing way for strengthening their reproductive function.
