Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of Xueshuantong combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on cerebral blood flow. Methods 71 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 35 cases in the control group were treated with 10% glucose + Xingnaojing injection, while 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xueshuantong injection and Xingnaojing injection. Then, the clinical efficacy and the influence on cerebral blood flow of the two groups were compared. Results Before the treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05); after the treatment, the NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly improved, the NIHSS score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong injection combined with Xingnaojing injection for acute cerebral infarction has synergistic effect, thus it is worthy to be promoted in clinic.
