Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with Maixuekang capsules on the nerve function and vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 92 cases of ACI patients in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, with 46 cases in each group. On the basis of the routine treatment and intervention, the control group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis, and the observation group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis and Maixuekang capsules. The nerve function (NIHSS score), the vascular endothelial function [serum endothelin -1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO)], and the coagulation function [prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB)] before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05); after the treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment (P 0.05); after the treatment, the levels of serum ET-1 and NO were improved in the two groups (P 0.05); after the treatment, the levels of PT, APTT, TT, and FIB were improved in the two groups (P<0.05), the levels of PT, APTT, and TT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of FIB was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with Maixuekang capsules in the treatment of ACI is significant, which can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function and blood coagulation function, and promote the recovery of the nerve function. Key words: Acute cerebral infarction; Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis; Maixuekang capsule; Nerve function; Vascular endothelial function
