Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical and pathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,for accumulating clinical experience and directing the clinical work.Methods We analyzed the clinical,pathological and immunohistochemistry characteristics in 47 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Results 35 cases(74.47% ) were found in gastric.The positive rate of CD117 was 80.85%.The Positive rate of CD34 was 70.12%.The positive rate of CD34 and CD117 was 44.68%.Conclusion The immunohistochemistry of CD34 and CD117 are value to diagnose the gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
