Abstract
Coal mine equipment is a typical complex electromechanical system. Due to the complex and changeable working conditions of coal mine, the key to promote the intelligent construction of coal mine is to ensure the completely controllable, highly safe, and low-cost production process. This chapter adopts digital twin (DT) technology to build coal mine production control model (CMPCM). Firstly, an intelligent interaction mode based on human-cyber-physical system is proposed. Secondly, the key technologies, including intelligent sensing, position and attitude control, running condition identification and abnormal diagnosis, prognostics and health management for key CMEs, and adaptive control for intelligent mining are analyzed. Finally, a typical application case of CMPCM driven by DT is introduced, and its operation process is shown. The DT-driven CMPCM proposed in this chapter provides a new idea for the intelligent construction of underground coal mine.
