Abstract

This chapter sets forth control problems for evolutionary differential inclusions on infinite dimensional normed spaces with applications to evolutionary hemivariational inequalities. Specifically, a criterion of approximate controllability is proven in Hilbert spaces. Then, in Banach spaces, one establishes the solvability of a nonstandard control problem obtained by mixing an evolution equation and a variational inequality.
