Abstract
This chapter demonstrated the treatment method of each type of wastewater and existing facilities, and the treatment effect of some train stations. Specific air pollution control measurements are also employed for air pollutant of each pollution source. In terms of solid waste, the domestic solid waste and sludge from sewage treatment station are disposed under an agreement with municipal sanitation department. Furthermore, the hazardous solid waste is disposed of by qualified hazardous waste disposal units. In addition, traction substations and GSM-R base stations should be sited as far away as possible from sensitive targets, and raising the antenna or connecting to the cable TV network can eliminate the influence on television viewing of residents.
