Abstract
Diversity and multiculturalism are integral to the helping professions including applied behavior analysis (ABA). Given the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and growing discussion within ABA over recent years, this chapter reviews DEI and practice implications for behavior analysis professionals, educational and training priorities, and critical topics among supervisees and students.
