Abstract

Relevance of the research topic. The inherentstatic stability of the human body, taking intoaccount the height of the general center ofmass and the support area, is negligible. Thestatic system of maintaining the verticalbalance of the body is clearly unstable, therefore the process of posture regulation isdynamic, the main criteria for stability ofwhich are the characteristics of movementstability. The margin of stability is determinedby the speed of deviation from the movementtrajectory, therefore the most importantinformation for posture regulation comes frommechanoreceptors. The purpose of the articleis to determine the influence of the means andmethods of the author's technology on theindicators of vertical stability of the body ofmen aged 26-30 with different types ofposture. Research material and methods. Thefollowing research methods were used to fulfillthe tasks: analysis and synthesis of scientificliterature, pedagogical experiment, stabilography ("Stabilan - 01 - 2", Rombergtest with open eyes), methods of mathematical statistics. In the course of the experiment, 40men aged 26-30 were involved, who workedout at the health fitness club GYMMAXX(Kyiv). The pedagogical experiment(formative) was conducted in 2019-2020.Work results. We noted positive statisticallysignificant changes in the vertical stability ofthe body (in the Romberg test with eyes open)of men aged 26-30 with normal posture: Lx:length of CT trajectory in the frontal sagittalplane, length of CT trajectory in the sagittalplane. Conclusions. The results obtained in thecourse of the study prove the positive influenceof the means and methods of the author'stechnology on the indicators of verticalstability of the body of men aged 26-30 withdifferent types of posture.
