Causes of failure in the area of Economic-Administrative Sciences in Northwest Mexico

Abstract

Causes of failure in the area of Economic and Administrative Sciences in Northwest Mexico. Institutions of higher education have been using a competency model in recent presidential administrations, the changes have not canceled the existing failure in universities, so it is a problem that we must continue studying. In order to identify and analyze the causes of disapproval of area students Economic and Administrative Sciences was conducted in two institutions Northeast Mexico this research. The analytical method used is descriptive and data were collected through a survey of students majoring degree in Accounting, and Engineering in Public Accountant Management. Students from both institutions report an average age of 21.5 years, 55% are women, and report various causes of reprobation. In the ITCd Jimenez students are viewed as responsible for the failure, while in the IT Mexicali is due to consider different causes and match 45% of them rejected the matter was given with good quality. Contribution Identifies and analyzes the reasons for disapproval of area students of Economic and Administrative Sciences at two institutions in Northeast Mexico and results were compared.
