Academic administration acts as a mediating variable, connecting leadership styles, teacher quality, and student development with aesthetic education evaluation. These results emphasize the critical importance of integrating these factors to enhance the effectiveness and outcomes of aesthetic education evaluation. Research Implications: The study proposes practical strategies for optimizing aesthetic education evaluation, including improving teachers’ aesthetic competencies, fostering students’ developmental potential, and strengthening academic administration. These recommendations contribute to the holistic advancement of aesthetic education in higher education institutions.
