Abstract

The Republic of Turkey has been renewing its approaches to foreign policy over the past decades. Some of them were successful for a certain time period, but the rapidly changing world situation forced the country’s leadership to abandon them. A separate case from the temporary doctrines that have already become a thing of the past is the Blue Homeland, which, based on the changes in Ankara’s foreign policy course since 2016, has the potential to become a locomotive of Turkey’s emerging subjectivity.
