Abstract
Objective To investigate the classification of human papilloma virus(HPV) infection in different pathological grading of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 150 cases with cervical premalignant lesions were prospectively collected, 50 cases in each mild(CINⅠ), moderate(CINⅡ ) and severe(CINⅢ) cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group. HPV infection type of the three groups were detected and analyzed. And the association between different cervical intraepithelial neoplasia multiple HPV infection was analyzed as well. Results CINⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients with HPV16 infection were 7, 18 and 21 cases, respectively; the patients with HPV18 infection were 6 cases, 14 cases, and 15 cases, respectively; the patients with HPV58 infection were 5 cases, 13 cases and 15 cases, respectively; the patients with multiple HPV infection were 3 cases, 23 cases and 29 cases, respectively.All the above differences were statistically significant(χ2=10.222, 6.140 and 6.527, all P<0.05). Conclusion High risk HPV16, 18 and 58 are the risk factors of moderate and severe CIN, which may lead to the occurrence of cervical cancer in women.
