Abstract

目的 运用PDCA循环法对护理人员业务水平和服务态度、健康教育、医院环境等方面存在的缺陷和不足进行质量控制,使护理质量不断提高.方法 根据PDCA循环程序制定计划并实施、检查和处理,在不断的循环往复中,每次赋予新的内容,及时发现问题,及时改进工作.通过问卷形式调查住院患者对我院护理工作的满意程度.采用P值分析三组间统计学差异.结果 患者对我院护理工作的满意程度逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 PDCA循环法是促进护理管理的有效手段。
