Abstract

ABSTRACT Applying artificial intelligence technology to enterprise management can enable the development of strong technical support for enterprises. This article discusses the role of artificial intelligence technology in enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation and how to apply artificial intelligence technology to knowledge management performance evaluation. This paper builds a two-level evaluation index system that combines enterprise practices and the related literature, analyses the relationship between the balanced scorecard metric and knowledge management performance evaluation, and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a knowledge management performance evaluation index system from the balanced scorecard perspective. By combining the three-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with this model, this study creates an Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (AHP-FCE) method to evaluate knowledge management performance and provide a quantifiable scientific evaluation method for knowledge management performance evaluation.
