Abstract

Based on the characteristic of tacit knowledge management and the methodology of enterprise performance evaluation, an evaluation indicator system for the management performance of tacit knowledge is set up in this paper. Then a new method of performance evaluation of knowledge management named as multiple indicator ideal interval methods is proposed. In the end, a company is taken as an example to be worked out its performance of tacit knowledge management using this new method. The new method is proved to be correct by the comparison between the results worked out by this new method and other existing methods.
