Abstract

According to property of inter-organization and knowledge-intensive of High-Tech Virtual Enterprise (HTVE), evaluation of knowledge management performance (KMPE) is essential in dismiss stage of High-Tech Virtual Enterprise. Aimed at requirements of evaluation of knowledge management performance, evaluation target and six first-level indicators and their subordinate indicators are designed. Analytic hierarchy process as a decision method is used to get the weights of indicators, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to accomplish evaluation of knowledge management performance. So the model of evaluation of knowledge management performance is built by modified Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This model is of significant theoretical value for inter-organizational knowledge management, especially for high-tech virtual enterprise.
