Abstract

We are glad to introduce you that the 2021 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications (ICAITA 2021) was successfully held on September 10-12, 2021. In light of worldwide travel restriction and the impact of COVID-19, ICAITA 2021 was carried out in the form of virtual conference to avoid personnel gatherings. Because most participants were still highly enthusiastic about participating in this conference, we chose to carry out ICAITA 2021 via online platform according to the original schedule instead of postponing it.ICAITA 2021 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications and related areas.This scientific event brings together more than 100 national and international researchers in artificial intelligence technologies and applications. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches.We were pleased to invite three distinguished experts to present their insightful speeches. Our first keynote speaker, Prof. Yau Kok Lim, from Sunway University, Malaysia. His research interests include Applied artificial intelligence, 5G networks, Cognitiveradio networks, Routing and clustering, Trust and reputation, Intelligent transportation system. And then we had Prof. Peter Sincak, from Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia. His research includes Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems. Lastly, we were glad to invite Chinthaka Premachandra, from Shibaura Institute of Technology, Sri Lanka. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, image processing and robotics. In the last part of the conference, all participants were invited to join in a WeChat group to discuss and explore the academic issues after the presentations. The online discussion was lasted for about 30-60 minutes. The first two parts were conducted via online collaboration tool, Zoom, while the online discussion was carried out through instant communication tool, WeChat. The online platform enabled all participants to join this grand academic event from their own home.We are glad to share with you that we still received lots of submissions from the conference during this special period. Hence, we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewed them. These papers feature following topics but are not limited to: Artificial Intelligence Applications & Technologies, Computing and the Mind, Foundations of Artificial Intelligence and other related topics. All the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of international publication standard.Lastly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Chairman, the distinguished keynote speakers, as well as all the participants. We also want to thank the publisher for publishing the proceedings. May the readers could enjoy the gain some valuable knowledge from the proceedings. The 2021 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Technology Applications (AIITA 2021) was planned to be held on June 18-20, 2021 in Nanchang, China. Due to the impact of COVID-19, many communities from all over the world were under strict health measures and strict travel restrictions, and participants of 2021 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Technology Applications (AIITA 2021) also meet with the difficulty of travel restrictions. For communities, if our conference was not held in a virtual form, it would add huge work on traffic system, Exit-Entry system, medical system, etc., which is quite a serious issue, to actively respond to the call of the government, to strengthen the protection work, to effectively reduce people gathering and prevent COVID-19, considering the situation that most of the authors would like to publish their articles and make academic communications as scheduled, AIITA 2021 was held online instead of postponing the conference. It was a challenge, not only to the organizers, but also to the participants who were delivering their speeches using videoconference tools, under different time zones.AIITA 2021 was hosted by Jiangxi Province Robot Industry Alliance, organized by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center. AIITA 2021 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Technology Applications to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Technology Applications and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.The conference brings together about 80 leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from different countries. The conference model was divided into two parts, including keynote presentations and online discussion. In the first part, each keynote speakers were allocated 30 minutes to present their talks via Zoom. After the keynote talks, all participants joined in a WeChat communication group to discuss more about the talks and presentations.We were greatly honor to have invited two distinguished experts as our keynote speakers. Prof. Philippe Fournier-Viger, from Harbin Institute of Technology, China was the first one to perform a thought-provoking speech. His Research interests: Data Mining, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Mining, Itemset Mining, Graph Mining, Sequence Prediction. Another keynote speaker, Assoc. Prof. Md. Shohel Sayeed, from Multimedia University, Malaysia. He had outstanding research in Biometrics, Image and Signal Processing, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and soft computing. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the second session of the conference. The WeChat discussion lasted for about 30 minutes. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.We were glad to share with you that we received lots of submissions from the conference and we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewed them. These papers feature following topics but are not limited to: Artificial intelligence, Intelligent manufacturing, Automation and other relevant directions. All the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of International publication standard.We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers. The Application and Exploration of Artificial Intelligence in Dance Creation and Performance

Introduction: In todays rapidly changing technology, artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the way we live, work and create art at an unprecedented speed. As an important part of human culture, dance art has also ushered in new development opportunities and challenges in this scientific and technological revolution. Objectives: This paper aims to explore the innovative application and influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in dance creation and performance. With the rapid development of AI technology, its application is increasingly wide in the field of art, and dance art is no exception Methods: This paper first outlines the application of AI technology in dance creation, including the generation of new dance movements through algorithms, auxiliary choreography, etc. These applications provide unprecedented creative sources and tools for dance creators. Then, this paper analyzes the role of AI in dance performance, such as the accurate movement performance of dance robot, the immersive experience of virtual reality technology in dance performance, etc. Results: These technologies not only enrich the form of dance performance, but also broaden the viewing experience of the audience. In addition, this paper also discusses the application of AI in dance teaching, such as intelligent guidance system, distance dance teaching, etc., which bring convenience and personalization to dance teaching. However, the application of AI in the field of dance also faces technical challenges and art ethical issues, which need further research and discussion. Conclusions: In conclusion, this paper believes that the application of AI technology in dance creation, performance and teaching has broad prospects, but it also needs to pay attention to its potential impact and challenges to promote the harmonious coexistence of dance art and AI technology. The research of this paper provides new perspectives and thoughts in the field of dance art, Provides a reference for future research and practice.

With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, global economic models and market structures are undergoing profound transformations, particularly in the fields of international trade and logistics, where the application of AI is becoming a key driver for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience. Traditional international trade and logistics systems face multiple challenges such as supply chain opacity, high transportation costs, information asymmetry, and low operational efficiency. The introduction of AI technology, especially in areas such as big data analytics, machine learning, automation systems, and intelligent decision support, has gradually demonstrated its powerful potential in addressing these issues. This study aims to explore the specific applications of AI in international trade and logistics, as well as its role in driving the digital transformation of global supply chains. By analyzing the practical applications of AI in key areas such as supply chain management, trade data processing, and intelligent logistics, this paper seeks to provide valuable theoretical support and practical guidance for relevant enterprises and policymakers to promote industry development and enhance corporate competitiveness. Extension of the POS-TI relationship – in the context of contemporary hotels with AI applications

Purpose This study aims to extend the classic perceived organizational support (POS)–turnover intention (TI) relationship in the context of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in contemporary hotels. Design/methodology/approach This study adopted an explanatory sequential design. Stage 1 – Quantitative Methodology. A total of 554 valid questionnaires with the random sampling technique were collected with the help of the China Hotel Association. This study combined SPSS and SmartPLS software to verify hypotheses. Stage 2 – Qualitative Methodology. This section obtained a sample size of 24 interviewees with the objective sampling technique. The researchers transcribed all interview materials into text and used NVivo version 14 to explain the results of hypothesis testing. Findings This study shows that POS significantly impacts employee TI in contemporary hotels with AI applications, and both the perceived value and threat of AI play partial mediating roles between the two. Research limitations/implications The results are conducive to providing practical enlightenment for the contemporary hotel industry with AI applications. Practical implications In contemporary hotels where AI technology is widely used, this study provides practical guidance for hotel managers, employees and AI technology developers from the dual perspectives of value and threat, aiming to minimize the TI among hotel employees caused by AI technology. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this study is the initial attempt to design a dual mediation model with the perceived AI for the POS–TI relationship.

The purpose of this paper is to study the application of artificial intelligence in dynamic image recognition in the Internet era. This article from the perspective of promoting good application of artificial intelligence, by the age of the Internet development as the background, on the basis of the related theoretical background and practical basis, in order to promote good application in the dynamic image recognition of artificial intelligence as the research object, from the application of artificial intelligence in the dynamic image recognition field, and the commonly used method of image recognition, find out the present situation of the application of artificial intelligence in the dynamic image recognition and application of existing problems, and based on this put forward to promote artificial intelligence in the dynamic image recognition application solutions, in order to realize the sustainable development of artificial intelligence in dynamic image recognition. The experimental results show that artificial intelligence is widely used in dynamic image recognition, but there are some defects. The solution proposed in this paper can solve its application defects, to a certain extent, for the sustainable development of artificial intelligence in various fields can provide referential advice.

Artificial Intelligence (Ai intelligence) abbreviated for AI. It is a science and technology to study and develop theories, methods, techniques and application systems for simulating, extending and expanding human intelligence. With the progress of science and technology, artificial intelligence has become the development strategy of many countries, countries gradually integrate artificial intelligence into all areas of society. As a new place for technological innovation activities in recent years, the open, shared, innovative and democratic nature of the creative space has given it a very wide range of development prospects.The application of artificial intelligence in the creative space can realize the intelligent management process, intelligent business operation, intelligent online communication, intelligent material management, intelligent personalized information push service, environment and order maintenance intelligence, aiming to create a new type of creative space, further attract creative talents from all walks of life and develop into high-quality creative and entrepreneurial distribution center.The information age environment has provided unprecedented new opportunities and challenges for the creative space. To realize the intelligence of the creative space, we need to do a good job in the following four aspects of the response. First of all, the development of creative space should focus on and break through the key technologies of AI, combine with the needs of users, combine the technological achievements of external artificial intelligence, give full play to artificial intelligence talents and technological advantages, and tap the greatest value of the creative space. Secondly, the foundation and core of the creative space service is all kinds of raw materials, tools and resources of innovative products, and the use of artificial intelligence technology should also serve the resource construction and management of space. In addition, we can use advanced artificial intelligence equipment to optimize the space planning and management of the Creative Space. Application of artificial intelligence technology in the economic development of urban intelligent transportation system.

With the rapid development of the social economy and the gradual improvement of residents' living standards, the increasing number of urban cars has exacerbated urban traffic congestion. This article analyzed the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in five aspects of urban intelligent transportation systems. Artificial intelligence technology was used in traffic data collection and processing to provide accurate data support for traffic decision-making. A traffic flow prediction model was established for traffic flow prediction and optimized scheduling algorithms were used to dispatch vehicles on congested urban roads intelligently. Artificial intelligence algorithms can be used to optimize urban traffic signal control systems in intelligent traffic signal control; artificial intelligence technology can be applied to develop intelligent driving systems in the fields of intelligent driving and traffic safety; in terms of data analysis and decision support, it can use AI technology to analyze a large number of traffic data to provide decision support for urban traffic managers, and analyze the impact of the application of AI technology in urban intelligent transportation system on urban economic growth. This article evaluated the economic benefits of artificial intelligence technology in urban intelligent transportation systems. The evaluation results show that the total economic cost of the urban intelligent transportation system after the application of AI technology was 2,961 yuan less than before the application of AI technology, significantly reducing the investment cost of roads. This article analyzes the application of artificial intelligence technology in the economic development of intelligent urban transportation systems, which can meet the needs of healthy urban development and ensure road traffic safety.

AI technologies are changing the pharmacy industry which includes the various processes of drug research, development, formulation, safety surveillance, and compliance to standards of law and ethics. This article explains in detail AI's impact on the Pharmacy industry. It includes the application of ML, DL, NLP, and computer vision, AI technologies on the different phases of life cycle of a drug. In drug discovery, AI boosts the determination of possible compounds with predictive modeling, virtual screening, SAR, and even de novo drug design. AI also enables the repurposing of existing drugs and aids in early-stage toxicity prediction. In formulation development, AI enhances the selection of excipients, design of dosage, and prediction of stability to be more precise and economical towards achieving patient-centered therapies. AI powered pharmacovigilance technologies have improved the monitoring of ADRs through real-time analysis of EHRs data, social networks, and cases which increases patient safety and rational regulatory actions. AI also helps in the preparation and review of relevant papers, documentation, e-submission, and adhering to international standards in the case of regulatory affairs. The transformative impact of AI tools and technologies are on varied fields and industries. Though, the reasoning for slower integration across the board are ethical concerns, data privacy issues, high implementation costs, and even a lack of professionals who are trained in order to utilize AI’s capabilities. This review is aimed AI's utilization in creating unique treatment strategies, managing rare health conditions, AI-enhanced clinical trial design and execution, AI-assisted manufacturing processes, and analysing mental health disorders. Considering continuous innovations alongside regulation framework support, it's now clear that AI will drastically change pharmaceutical research and healthcare services on a global scale

A study on application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for cosmetics: Quantum computer is necessary for Beauty-field analysis

Artificial Intelligence (Hereinafter, AI) technology has attraction in recent years. AI technology is a combination of the software technology represented by “Deep Learning” and the hardware technology represented by “GPU”. GPU stands for Graphic Processing Unit. And the GPU has the function of performing parallel processing at high speed like a human brain. The current AI system is established by the evolution of “GPU” and “Deep Learning”. Deep learning is often taken up, but the current AI technology can't be explained without GPU evolution. Current AI technology is established with balance between software and hardware technologies. As is well known, high performance AI technology is applied in the field of driving of automobiles and security system. On the other hand, utilization of AI in the cosmetic field has been delayed. Because the current AI still can't analyze human emotions and feelings. “Beauty” has to analyze human instinctive area, which is very difficult. In the area of “Beauty”, virtual make-up is realized by image processing. Or it is used for analysis of skin color and so on. For example, take a photo of skin color by the smart-phone and customize the foundation that matches skin color. In this way, AI is beginning to be used gradually even in the cosmetics field. In this paper, we will give an opinion on the application of AI to cosmetics.

COVID-19, caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), spread rapidly and affected most of the world since its outbreak in Wuhan, China, which presents a major challenge to the emergency response mechanism for sudden public health events and epidemic prevention and control in all countries. In the face of the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control and the arduous task of social management, the tremendous power of science and technology in prevention and control has emerged. The new generation of information technology, represented by big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technology, has been widely used in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management of COVID-19 as an important basic support. Although the technology has developed, there are still challenges with respect to epidemic surveillance, accurate prevention and control, effective diagnosis and treatment, and timely judgement. The prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases usually depend on the control of infection sources, interruption of transmission channels and vaccine development. Big data and AI are effective technologies to identify the source of infection and have an irreplaceable role in distinguishing close contacts and suspicious populations. Advanced computational analysis is beneficial to accelerate the speed of vaccine research and development and to improve the quality of vaccines. AI provides support in automatically processing relevant data from medical images and clinical features, tests and examination findings; predicting disease progression and prognosis; and even recommending treatment plans and strategies. This paper reviews the application of big data and AI in the COVID-19 prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management decisions in China to explain how to apply big data and AI technology to address the common problems in the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the findings regarding the application of big data and AI technologies in sudden public health events lack validation of repeatability and universality, current studies in China have shown that the application of big data and AI is feasible in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These studies concluded that the application of big data and AI technology can contribute to prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management decision making regarding sudden public health events in the future.

To review the application and research progress of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in trauma treatment. The recent research literature on the application of AI and related technologies in trauma treatment was reviewed and summarized in terms of prehospital assistance, in-hospital emergency care, and post-traumatic stress disorder risk regression prediction, meanwhile, the development trend of AI technology in trauma treatment were outlooked. The AI technology can rapidly analyze and manage large amount of clinical data to help doctors identify patients' situation of trauma and predict the risk of possible complications more accurately. The application of AI technology in surgical assistance and robotic operations can achieve precise surgical plan and treatment, reduce surgical risks, and shorten the operation time, so as to improve the efficiency and long-term effectiveness of the trauma treatment. There is a promising future for the application of AI technology in the trauma treatment. However, it is still in the stage of exploration and development, and there are many difficulties of historical data bias, application condition limitations, as well as ethical and moral issues need to be solved.
