Abstract

The role of management lies in stimulating people's internal motivation and improving people's understanding that hard work can achieve self-worth. Modern management attaches great importance to the important role of motivation. There are many theories of incentive, and various types of incentive theories emphasize the role of incentive from different perspectives. This paper aims to play a role in the practice of our managers through the study of incentive theory, so as to establish a positive organizational culture atmosphere with self-motivation as the main and external motivation as the auxiliary. As one of the important functions of management, motivation can stimulate the working motivation of organization members, so that it can be fully developed and maintained, so as to better achieve organizational goals. In order to stimulate motivation and arouse people's enthusiasm, we must study a series of incentive theories, so as to guide our management work. It is of great practical value to apply incentive theories to management practice.
