ANALYSIS OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES OF HEALTH EDUCATION

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of the current medical and demographic situation in Ukraine, which clearly shows the negative trends in the level of morbidity, negative natural population growth, etc.The analysis of literary sources concerning modern technologies of health education in educational institutions, which are actively implemented in the educational process, gives an opportunity to assert that the educational space has a great potential for health preservation. Researchers point out that educational institutions should create optimal conditions for developing person's physical, psycho-emotional and moral health, solving such tasks of health preservation as creating a safe and healthy learning environment for the younger generation by bringing all elements of the educational process in accordance with physical and psychological norms, to promote close relationship between the person and the nature, health responsibility in family and society and shape values-based approach to life, safety and freedom of expression It has been established that technologies of spreading healthsaving approaches are very incredibly popular among educators. Moreover, they are characterized with the active introduction of various forms and activities in the educational process.The article highlighs the results of the monitoring activities of the educational process concerning the introduction of health education technologies, whre most recently developed courses focus on medical and hygienic basis. The activities were organized in various forms. They present the evidence that the education activities of science lectures and tutors at Municipal Establishment «Kharkiv Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy» of Kharkiv Regional Council are organized at a high level, based on the steps and events to promote health care among the young. What is more, the issue opens a wealth of scientific and educational prospects and potential of work in the future. In particular, the emphasis on developing selective courses on life safety, as well as ecological and natural sciences has been made for further researches at the Academy.
