Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery in treatment of benign breast lumps .Methods 188 cases with benign breast tumor were randomly divided into the two groups , 94 cases in each group .The control group adopted the traditional open operation , while the patients in observation group received mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery .The operation and postoperative recovery situation were compared between two groups .Results The operation excision rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.87% and 96.81%,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =1.02,P〉0.05);The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision healing and scar ,average hospitalization time of the observation group were (13.70 ±1.82)min,(5.36 ±0.41)ml,(2.86 ±0.11)mm,(2.55 ±0.18)d and (3.40 ± 0.30)d,which were significantly less than (27.83 ±2.43)min,(15.37 ±1.25)ml,(27.89 ±2.34)mm,(27.89 ± 2.34)d and (5.76 ±0.55)d of the control group(t=7.33,8.29,8.90,7.76,7.38,all P〈0.05);The incidence rate of postoperative complications and breast deformation rate of the observation group were 4.26%and 0.00%,re-spectively,which were significantly lower than 19.15% and 11.70% of the control group (χ2 =7.45 8.87,all P〈0.05).Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery has significant curative effect in the treatment of benign breast tumor with high safety ,which has good value of clinical application and promotion . Key words: Breast diseases; Surgical procedures, minimally invasive
