Abstract
This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by teachers in implementing evaluation in elementary schools. The research method used is a literature study, which involves analysis of published articles and related scientific publications. Analysis was carried out to identify factors that cause dificulties in implementing evaluations by teachers at the elementary school level. The study by teachers at the elementary school level. The study resultsshow that several factors, such as a lack of understanding of the concept of evaluation, limited resources, and challenges in implementing evaluation methods that suit student needs, are some of the many difficulties faced by teachers. The impllications of these findings include the need to provide adequate training and suport for teachers in developing their evaluation skills, as wess as the important role of educational institutions in creating an environment that supports effective evaluation practitioners and researchers to improve the implementation of evaluation at the lementary school level.
