Abstract

This article discusses the issues of child development in preschool organizations as one of the up-to-date problems of society, discusses related government documents, norms and requirements for preschool organizations and their activities. A feature of preschool childhood as a special period of human development is noted. The studies of scientific educators dedicated to this problem are analyzed. It also refers to the need for further study of the personality of teachers of preschool organizations, the development of their professional activities. A summary of scientific studies of professional competence of teachers and work on acmeological research is also presented. The concept of “acmeological competence” is critically analyzed and the subject of acmeological science is considered.
