Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychometric properties of SAT II survey of job satisfaction in a sample of Colombian companies. Participants were 1222 workers. Quality of the items was examined (discrimination and item-test correlations), as reliability and construct and convergent validity. The overall results indicate that the instrument has appropriate psychometric conditions, despite the positive bias identified in some items. Finally, the scope and limitations of the study are discussed. Received: 12/08/2015 Accepted: 05/10/2015 How to reference this article: Giraldo, M., & Sanin, A. (2014).
