A Study on the Strategy of Cultivating Intercultural Competence for International Talents in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Under the background of globalization, intercultural communication is increasing. Intercultural communicative competence has become an essential quality of modern talents. Cultivating students' intercultural communicative competence is one of the main goals of foreign language teaching in colleges and universities. This study focuses on the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence in foreign language teaching in colleges and universities, aiming at finding out the theory and practice of intercultural communicative competence training through research. Based on the realistic requirements of foreign language teaching in Chinese universities, this study focuses on the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence in Chinese foreign language teaching, and studies the framework, training mode and specific training links of intercultural communication competence.
