Abstract

It is attempted to construct an improved version of the non-linear spinor field theory originally proposed by the author andHeisenberg. A new perturbation theory dissimilar to the Tamm—Dancoff one is used for the case of degenerate vacuum. Furthermore, a new propagator is introduced and the existence of unitary symmetry is supposed to hold from the very beginning, i.e. essentially a non-linear theory of quarks is proposed.
