Abstract

A NECESSIDADE DE POLITICAS PUBLICAS VOLTADAS AO RESGATE E DIFUSAO DAS TRADICOES, COSTUMES E CULTURA INDIGENA XETA THE NEED FOR PUBLIC POLICIES TO RESCUE AND DISSEMINATE XETA´S INDIGENOUS TRADITIONS, CUSTOMS AND CULTURE Data da submissao: 05/11/20 Data da aprovacao: 26/11/20 RESUMO: O objetivo do presente trabalho e estudar o papel das politicas publicas que visem a recuperacao, a preservacao e propagacao da memoria coletiva dos sobreviventes da etnia Xeta no que concerne a evitar a extincao completa e irreversivel do referido povo paranaense, por intermedio do metodo dedutivo, utilizando-se pesquisa bibliografica e documental. Trata-se de abordagem relevante naquilo que se refere a seara juridica, pois a pesquisa busca estabelecer os pressupostos para um direito fundamental a memoria, tradicoes, costumes e a cultura de um povo indigena, sob pena de se permitir que sua extincao seja completa e irreversivel. Concluiu-se que a recuperacao, a preservacao e a propagacao da memoria coletiva Xeta e a unica forma de se evitar a extincao da referida etnia, bem como a necessidade do Estado brasileiro demarcar definitivamente suas terras tradicionais. ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is to study the role of public policies aimed at the recovery, preservation and propagation of the collective memory of survivors of the Xeta ethnic group in order to avoid the complete and irreversible extinction of said parana people, through the deductive method, using bibliographic and documentary research. This is a relevant approach in what concerns the legal field, as the research seeks to establish the assumptions for a fundamental right to the memory, traditions, customs and culture of an indigenous people, under penalty of allowing their extinction to be complete and irreversible. It was concluded that the recovery, preservation and propagation of the collective memory Xeta is the only way to avoid the extinction of the referred ethnic group, as well as the need for the Brazilian State to definitively demarcate its traditional lands.
